"Just got my giant Eevee plush!"
A few months back, I put in a pre order for the life size Eevee plush, and it showed up not long after the release date, all packed up nicely and in excellent shape. My initial pre order was for three Eeeveelution plushies, and they came through just as well. I've had zero issues with the service from this site, and I'd definitely shop here again.

"I pre ordered the life size Eevee plush…"
I pre ordered the life size Eevee plush a few months ago and it arrived shortly after the release date, packaged safely and in great condition.
My first pre order was of 3 Eeeveelution plushies and they arrived in the same way.
I've had no problem with the service of this site and would buy from them again.

"Opened a PayPal dispute to get my money back - Stay Away!"
I had a really bad experience with PokeCenterLoot. I placed an order for a Charizard plush on January 31, 2019. February rolled by, and I still hadn’t received anything. At the beginning of March, I shot them an email asking for an update on my order, but got no reply. A few days later, I tried messaging them on Facebook, and guess what? No response there either. I sent another email, and finally got a reply saying they would look into it and get back to me the next day. But three days went by with no word, so I decided to open a PayPal dispute. I messaged them four times during that week through the dispute console, and surprise, surprise, still no response! I had to escalate it to a claim, and PayPal gave them 10 days to reply... which they totally ignored. So, the case was automatically decided in my favor, and my refund is on its way now.
Seriously, steer clear of PokeCenterLoot if you can. Their communication with customers is practically nonexistent, they don’t care about PayPal claims, and they don’t send out the stuff you’ve paid for!
Oh, and by the way, their website has been down for a couple of days, which is pretty fishy...

"Had to open a PayPal claim to obtain a refund - AVOID!"
Very poor experience with PokeCenterLoot. I ordered a Final Evolution: Charizard plush off of them on 31 Jan 2019. February came and went with nothing received. I emailed them at the start of March to request an update on my order - no response. A few days later, I messaged them via their Facebook page - no response. I sent another email, and this did get a response saying they would investigate, and update me by the following day. Three days passed with no update, so I instead opened a PayPal dispute. I messaged four times over the course of the week via the dispute console, and surprise surprise, received no response! I escalated to a claim, and PayPal gave PokeCenterLoot 10 days to respond... which they didn't. The case was therefore automatically awarded in my favour and my refund is now on the way.
Avoid PokeCenterLoot if at all possible - virtually nonexistent communications with customers, ignorant towards PayPal claims, and doesn't bother to send you the items you've paid for!
Interestingly their website has been down for a couple of days, which seems highly suspicious...

"Total Rip-off"
Total rip-off, I placed my order in January and still haven't gotten any updates. They just ignore all my emails and messages on Facebook. It's obvious they're seeing my messages but choosing to ignore me. This business has zero customer support. Honestly, it would have been quicker and cheaper to get it from Japan on my own.

"Absolute scam"
Absolute scam, I ordered back in January and have not received any updates. They ignore all my emails and FB messages. They are clearly reading my messages but ignoring me. This place has no customer support. It would have been cheaper and faster to source it from Japan myself.

"What Happened to Customer Service?"
I reached out to them on February 6th regarding a preorder I placed back in July, which cost over £100. It was meant to arrive by early January, but since they don’t have customer accounts or any way to track orders, I decided to message them on Facebook to get some updates.
Initially, I just wanted to know what was going on, but I started to worry I’d been scammed after sending multiple messages on Facebook, leaving comments on Twitter, and even reaching out directly on Twitter. They seem to respond quickly to comments about shipping issues, but when it came to my order, I was left hanging. After SEVENTEEN days, they finally got back to me via DM on Twitter, giving some excuse about my order being "held" by Royal Mail, saying it should arrive by Friday. It showed up (barely sealed) with a postage date two days after I contacted them. To my dismay, one of the items was missing, so I reached out again on March 1st, and now I’m just waiting once more! 😠
I saw they reopened the contact form on their website, which had been missing when I first looked for ways to get in touch, but the link is still broken. I tried using it anyway, but got nothing back. My Twitter messages haven’t even been read. I used to think highly of this shop; I had ordered several times without any problems and enjoyed good service. Now, I wouldn’t recommend them at all.
Also, I noticed they run some prize giveaways on Twitter and Facebook when you share or like their posts, but they NEVER announce the winners. Just thought I’d mention that :/
Use at your own risk; your item might arrive, but good luck if you run into any problems!
"Customer service? What's that?"
I started contact with them on 6th February about a preorder item ordered in July worth over £100... it was supposed to be here by early January and because they have no customer accounts and no way of tracking orders I thought I'd send a message on facebook and see if they had any updates.
My messages started by just asking for updates, but I soon became concerned I'd been scammed when I'd sent several messages on facebook, left a few comments on twitter, posted and replied on a couple of facebook posts and also contacted directly on twitter (they seem to have no issue posting or replying to comments if somebody thinks they don't ship to whatever country... they're only too happy to jump in and point out they do!) SEVENTEEN days later they finally replied to my DM on twitter... some excuse about my order being "held" by royal mail and should arrive by the friday, it turned up (barely sealed) with a postage date on the box 2 days after contact. I then realised one of the items I ordered was missing... so I contacted them again (1st March) and now I'm waiting again! 😠
I noticed they reopened the contact us form on the actual website... (it appeared to have gone when I tried looking for ways to contact them previously but the contact us link is still dead.) I've tried using it too. Nothing. No reply and my messages on twitter haven't even been read. I used to have a high opinion of this shop. Had ordered a few times with no issues and had pleasant service. Not sure what's happened to them but no way would I recommend them now.
I also noticed they do a few prize giveaways on twitter and facebook when you share/like the post. They NEVER announce the winner. Just pointing that out :/
Use at own risk, your item may turn up but good luck if there's any issues!

"AVOID THIS COMPANY"
AVOID THIS COMPANY. To start with, their communication is terrible. They don’t reply to emails or engage on social media. I placed an order on December 6th, and after a month of waiting, I reached out via email to check on it, but got no response. I even messaged them on Twitter, and they promised to assist, yet I’m still waiting to hear back. It’s frustrating to feel like I just handed over my cash for nothing.

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM"
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
First of all there communication is shocking. Don’t respond to emails or social media.
I made an order (6th dec), emailed them a month later asking about my order, no reply. Messaged on Twitter, they said they’d help, but I haven’t heard anything back.
Annoyed that I basically just gave them money for nothing

"Stolen Cash"
Last July, I made two purchases. One of them never showed up, and the other was short on items. They assured me they’d send the missing stuff and would notify me when it was shipped. This was back in September. Come October, I reached out again since I hadn’t seen anything, and after waiting a whole month, they claimed they were facing issues and would look into it. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times since then, but now I’m just being ignored. I still haven’t received anything, and it’s too late to get a refund through PayPal. I’ve basically lost £50 and feel completely helpless.

"Robbed of my Money"
I placed two orders July last year. One never arrived and one was missing items. They told me they were going to send the items out and were going to get them in and would email me when they were sent. This was in September. I emailed them in October to say I still hadn't received anything, I waited a whole month, and they said they were having problems and would get on it. I have messaged them since and am now just getting ignored. Still not received anything now and it's too late to even get a refund through PayPal. I've literally lost £50 quid and can't do anything about it.

"Poor Communication"
I placed a pre-order for a Mimikyu mystery box back in April for my friend's birthday, but I never got the item or any confirmation about its shipment after the initial email. They said they would look into it when they were 'back in the office', but that was it. I sent several follow-up emails, and they just ignored me.
By September, with no word from them, I decided to file a claim through Paypal and thankfully got my money back. Pokecentreloot didn’t say a peep after that first email, and my order never showed up. I’d say steer clear of this place - it’s just not worth the trouble.

"This operation is a total mess"
This operation is a total mess. If they can't even handle simple customer questions or talk to you about items that are missing, they shouldn't be in business. You receive a generic email response saying they'll follow up, but they never do. We had to involve PayPal to secure a refund, and we won't be buying from them again. Their poor reviews speak for themselves - spare yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.

"Lack of communication"
I pre ordered a Mimikyu mystery box back in April for a friend's birthday and never saw the item nor received any confirmation it had been sent out to me past a single response to my first email claiming they would check up on it once they were 'back in the office'. I received no follow up email and several emails afterwards went completely ignored.
In September with no communication I opened up a claim through Paypal and luckily received a refund. Pokecentreloot was completely silent past the first email and my item never arrived. Definitely avoid - not worth the hassle.
